South Australia's first Sheep Dairy and Cheese Factory. The Island Pure experience includes the chance to observe milking, a video on cheese production, tasting and sale of produce. The kids can also help to feed the lambs. The cheeses and yoghurt made here are world class and the cheeses include Spanish, Greek, Italian and Cypriot styles.
