Footy's a game for EVERYONE - no matter your age, gender or culture. In the lead-up to the SANFL's 'be active' Multicultural Round, show US what footy means to YOU by painting, drawing or sketching football through your eyes. Winners will receive great prizes and have their art published on the front page of the SA Football Budget!
The ups, downs, hangovers and facebook neurosis of Australiaʼs increasingly single twentysomethings will be deftly played out by a Brisbane-based collective presenting highly topical new theatre at The Adelaide Fringe Festival from 27 Feb - 9 Mar.
Anyone whoʼs ever texted under the influence, danced on their lonesome or been asked the question – repeatedly – ʻWhen are you getting married?ʼ will instantly relate to Lazy Young & Talented and The Good Roomʼs Single Admissions; a darkly satirical story of three young women navigating the perils of dating.

These days there are so many tools available for the single woman: speed dating, Facebook, text sex, RSVP, a private detective, STD clinics, rehab... all possible avenues to meet Mr Right! The question is just how many Mr Wrongs make a Right?
The holiday program is run from 9am-4pm from monday to friday during the first week of school holidays (July 6th-10th, Sept 28-Oct 2 in 2009). It is run by Malvern Uniting Church, and a dedicated team of enthusiastic volunteers. The program includes craft, games, movies, cooking, excursions to various places around adelaide and more! The purpose of the project is to provide an environment for kids to have fun, get out of the house and learn about God.
